Goals for 2015 (Or I Guess I’ve Given Up on Sleep)

Happy almost New Year!

I hope that each and every one of you have had a wonderful holiday season full of love and peace, no matter what you celebrate! As the new year approaches, I have decided to give into peer pressure and make a 2015 goals list. I’m terrible at New Years’ resolutions, but I think , with literary goals in mind, I might just succeed.

For The Tethering Series: Book two will be out in March, so my goals for this series are to finish revisions on book three and write book four. I only have two-hundred words in that one, so yeah… that’s gonna take a while. I also have a short story in the world of The Tethering I need to finish editing, and I would like to write two more short stories: one to go with the preorder for book three and one to go with the preorder for book four.

I have a Christmas novella I want, no, I will (this is a to do list, so will), get submitted this year for Christmas 2015.

I WILL get my middle grade fantasy submitted to agents and publishers.

I WILL write book one in my new super secret YA project.

I WILL reach 500 likes on my author Facebook and figure out what I’m supposed to do with TSU.

And I will probably add a few more things to the list just to drive myself batty. The list is long, but I will put one foot in front of the other and find a way to get through.

So, here’s to 2015. May it be filled with joy and accomplished goals.

And a fond farewell to 2014. It’s been a rollercoaster of a year. But we made it! Cheers to surviving and continuing the journey!
