Moving Forward

Well, folks, it has been quite the week! The great book review tour came to an end. It was a great experience, and The Tethering Series was plastered all over the internet.

“I loved everything about this book, from its stunningly written story to its lovable and amazing characters, this is a must read. I flew through the pages and couldn’t get enough! It’s a fast paced and addictive read and one I know will stay on my favourites shelf forever. I cannot wait for book 3 to see what happens, you just know that something big is coming!!!”

But now that The Siren’s Realm is completely released it’s time to move forward.

I just received word that I will be getting back the first round of edits for book three in The Tethering Series, The Dragon Unbound, by the middle of the month, which is terrifying and exciting all at once.

The Dragon Unbound is very different from the first two books in the series, so I hope they like it!

I am also moving forward in the Summer of Submissions! And since I have deemed each and every one of you to be my accountability partners, I would be remiss not to keep you up to date!

On the romance novella front, I have news! That I can’t share with you yet! But I promise I will as soon as I can!

And I just sent out my first agent submission for the new YA series last night! So please send all the crossed fingers, good vibes, and prayers my way. Because, not to age myself, but I have set a personal goal of agented author by 31. Since I’m creeping up quite quickly on the big ole dirty thirty, that gives me just over a year to land the agent of my dreams.

And I will keep you all up to date of the crazy, hair-tearing journey.

To bastardize Fiddler on the Roof –

May the Lord Protect and Defend you, may he find you killer agents, may he give you book deals and shelter you from online trolls.

May he give you peace while in edits, may you be deserving of praise,  may he give you grace and show you the bestselling ways.

  1. Best of luck with your goals, don’t be too afraid of the ‘dirty thirties’ 🙂
