Shipping policy

Due to subtleties involved in shipping price changes from state to state, Megan O'Russell reserves the right to mail using the option that most closely matches the amount customer paid for shipping.

For example, if customer pays $4.50 for shipping and media mail is $4.40 and ground shipping is $5.50, Megan may choose to use media mail. By that same logic, should the media mail price be $4.00 and ground shipping be $4.80, Megan will choose ground shipping.
